Further Education and Training Certificate: PC Support

A foundational programme that builds the practical skills required to install, support and maintain personal computers and end users.

This NQF Level 4 programme equips learners with the knowledge and hands-on experience to provide first-line PC and end-user support. Learners alternate between structured training and supervised workplace experience, working towards a nationally recognised qualification and an entry point into the ICT sector.
